After all we have gone through in the past few months with his prostate surgery and the ole' battlelax of his girlfriend. He talked to me today and said that he received the invitation and it was beautiful...Then he says, he's not able to attend! It's partly a shocker, but I was prepared. I had a feeling that he wasn't anyway, because he is still healing from the surgery and wearing a diaper/depends and he's getting through it. Realistically, he knows how's he's been acting towards me and hurting my feelings along the way, and he's really embarrassed to face others about his actions. ~~~ANYWAY!!!!!~~~Moving on!
Anyway, it's a no show...but it's really ok. We started off with a guest list of about 60-70 including children. Right now we are up to 90 adults and 34 kids! Yikes! So, I'm not really worried about no shows at this point. As of yesterday we have 14 R.S.V.P's and some that can't attend because it MEMORIAL WEEKEND! I had no idea it was Memorial Weekend when I booked our new venue. LOL Anywhooo, that's fine.
