Staying in that budget! Bought these for the overflowing guests during our toast. I'm going to get some more elegant ones for the immediate family tables. Party City had the best deal so far for 40/$8.99. Smart & Final #2 at 40/$12.79. More elegant ones will be purchased at Smart & Final 20/$11.49.
