Lost 16 Pounds!! - Tried On My Dress! Perfect!!! - RODRHONDA4EVER's Blue Wedding by Color Blog

When I bought my dress in May last year it was tight. I sware I wasn't able to eat anything and be comfortable in it! I started my slow down on my favorite foods: Ice Cream, Potatoes, Breads...Ate more grains as Oatmeal, Zoom, Cream of Wheat in the mornings and chicken salads in pita bread sandwiches for lunch, dinner salads only for 2 nights a week and splurge on designated days. I hate working out! I don't excercise, but I do lift weights periodically.

Tried on my dress yesterday..Oh my goodness! IT'S PERFECT! It's a little roomy, but comfortable. Hubby told me I lost to much weight, but I know my body and I like it! I did loose my beautiful, bulumtuous butt...But it's ok. I'm able to fit back into my size 12 almost 10 jeans!When I first started I was a 16-18 and after buying a 16 wedding dress, it was a wake up call. I have never been that big before. I guess being home unemployed since February 2008 you can add on some depressing pounds??? Now, I can eat whatever I want at the reception and that's Pasta, breads with garlic butter, cake and the candy buffet! WHOOOWHOOO! Come to me baby!

AWESOME!!!! I'm working on cutting down and walking again and hopefully by my 30th, I'll be back in my 14's. I'm in an 18 now. I was a 14 when hubby and I first got together. When I realized I couldn't fit into any of my clothes, but that I was digging for my old "fat clothes", that was my wake up call.. and it wasn't a pretty one. And I noticed how pudgy I was in my wedding dress. It broke my heart. I had looked SOOOOO good in a 12/14 because I am naturally thick (sicilian curves). So cross your fingers for my darlin! You've done great.... it's inspiring me to get off my keister. And I hear ya about unemployment... IT FRIGGEN BITES! I'm looking into the museum here in town and maybe I'll find something cool! :D

So proud of you!!! This is fabulous! I have lost about 33lbs, and fell off the bandwagon and gained 5lbs back, now it's back on the bandwagon and just started revamping!! :)

well done you! I am on this track too- 16 months to lose a lot of weight as the weight just seemed to creep on me, and because i am very tall (6'1) It wasnt that noteceable...until now!
obviously my man loves me the way i am but i want to look my absolute best for my day! :-)
