Tally Time: Do you have to check in with him/her?
Personally, us women have to do some things that doesn't involve our boyfriends, FH, husband or signifficant others! Even though we have been married for 11 years, he thinks that I should inform him of my whereabouts! I work at home 50 hours a week, have children and with his birthday coming up next weekend I was trying to surprise him with a special cake (not by myself), but my instructor was going to do it. Apparently, I told him I was going somewhere else and that was a big NO-NO to him because I lied? He claims that it is important to do so based on if anything happens to me, I should be honest and let him know. Quite frankly, I don't do that to him...so give me my space? He is respectful and tells me his exit or whereabouts. Question: Don't we lie to our men sometimes to surprise them? Do you have to check in with your man/woman? Do you have to let them know your every move and whereabouts? |

Tiffany Chocolate Pretzels on the way!
Chocolate and caramel was added to these beauties which were ordered from a Canadian bride and shipped just in time for her wedding. I ended up shipping her extra just in case if some of them were broken in delivery. She received them yesterday and said that only ONE BROKE! Tooo-Tooot! I'm so happy they didn't, now she has extras. She had me laughing last night, saying that I can cheat and eat these now? LOL Enjoy and Yum! Congratulations sis (Nanabanana), to Larunatta and Leon on your 3 month anniversary! All incuded in her floral package was a bridal bouquet, 4 bridesmaids bouquets, 1 Jr. Bridesmaid, 12 boutonnieres and 10 corsages were done by myself of silk pink roses and cranberry accents throughout. These pictures are from her page and wedding day. I had received some emails on these, so here are the pictures from her wedding. Her bouquet was all white calla lillies and white rose buds with the decor of silver. The bridal party had all pink roses and cranberry (sangria) color accents. Enjoy! Rodrhonda4ever: 1st Wedding Cake Delivery! Yay!
WOW LADIES! WHAT DO YOU THINK? I delivered my FIRST WEDDING CAKE yesterday! I DID IT! I'm so proud of myself! The wedding was for my son's best friends uncle and they came to me when they heard about my accomplishments on cake decorating. Having my son's friend over at the right time on the weekends paid off yesterday! I've known about this order for about a couple of months now and they told me their dream wedding cake blues and how much bakeries were charging for these beauties. You all know how much cakes are going for, so since it was my first one I gave them the business/family discount. Hehhehee! Anyways, Jamie and Brian told me that they wanted a 2 tiered wedding cake with a 3rd tier as a keepsake for themselves. They chose to have white cake, all champagne buttercream, roses with a dark pink trim. As you can see in the photo slideshow, I have pictures that hubby-Rod took for me while I structured their dream. I was being watched from some of the immediate family as I continued to decorate! GOOD THING I WORE SOME SECRET! HAAAA! There were cameras flashing behind me as I decorated and the bride-to-be went to go get showered and her facial done in the other room. It took me about an hour to complete the cake to perfection. When Jamie came out to confirm her dream wedding cake, she broke into tears with joy and shock of how her perfect dream came true. She kept telling me, "OMG, Rhonda it's beautiful! It's looks like a $400.00 cake...OMG!! OMG!!! It's beautiful and I'm messing up my facial!" Her fiance came in afterwards and said, "Oh My? It's pink! Just want she wanted. It's perfect and lovely! Thank you so much!" Anyways, I just wanted to share with you girls my first, well actual second wedding cake. I made me and Rod's anniversary wedding cake May 1st. LOL I'm on a roll girls! Enjoy the pictures! I'm exhausted. LOL UPDATED: JUNE 14, 2010 Chanelbride: We can work something out, just holler!
