You tell her that you paid to have a cake made and that is what is going to happen. Or you talk to a manager or her boss and explain your situation... That is ridiuculous.

What is there to do?
So..my wedding is in 8 days...and my cake decorator acts like she doesn't have time to speak with me...now I understand when she is busy because there are more wedding and stuff before mine...I called her two weeks ago about a change to my cake...her number is a cell phone obviously...because every time I call she is never in her shop...she only meets customers at her shop by appointment only....so by me being in Texas I can't just show up in Louisiana and demand an appointment...but I'm going to Louisiana Monday..and I'm going to just show up...I don't want to be rude...but I don't know what more is there to do...then I called her earlier this week and she was not in the shop...and didn't remember my order...so she was suppose to call me later that evening when she went to the shop...I think this company has a no refund policy after 90 before the wedding...I feel like she is the one not handling business correctly....What should I do????????
