4 DAYS TO GO!!
Getting things done
My goal (and I am pretty much on track) is to have all stuff done by TOMORROW!! So all I have to do on Thursday is drop off all the stuff at the hotel and then I can chill-ax!
Today's Agenda 1. Get Frames for Parents Gifts 2. Pick Up Programs 3. Drop off stuff at fiance's home 4. Send final count to hotel 5. Do a little honeymoon shopping 6. Work on cupcake stand I can't wait to see how everything comes together! |

Try your local college or university copy center. I was able to get 100 programs copied, folded with a colored cover plus another 25 sheets of crossword puzzle copied on colored card stock and cut in half for less than $30!

Finally, we have the HOTEL!!!!
I contacted a travel agent I met at one of the Bridal Shows-found me a deal at a spot with a honeymoon package-room upgrade, champagne, etc. I am excited about the room upgrade! No more kicking self! :) |

Honeymoon
Now I Want to Change Hotel Reservation
So after all the changes that occurred with the hotel reservation-we now have the RIGHT DATE, just WRONG HOTEL. I checked the hotel out so I can see what we were getting and not too happy.
Now, I do like a clean hotel. And I am the one who reads lots of reviews-good and bad, and for the hotel we have reservations for the one thing that keeps coming up in any review-not all-but most, is that it is old, needs upgrade and bathrooms weren't always clean...Not going to work for me! I started looking online and I found an even better deal...$200 dollars less than at the other hotel that also has a Hotel Shuttle to pick us up from the airport..the other did not. We have until Thursday/Friday to cancel our reservation. I am going to talk it over with my fiance, and I am hoping he will agree with me that we should change it or should we? I worry about his cousin feeling bad. I don't want to worry about other people's feelings over something that I will remember and is important to me...other people's feelings is all I have been worrying about the entire wedding and I have gotten cursed out, stressed out and cried out. I think that's enough of that. Let's just hope my fiance agrees. |

Wrong Hotel Reservation
My fiance's cousin was kind enough to get us a hook up at the hotel but the dates are all wrong..Instead of us going in July we are booked for August...What's happening? We are 1 week from our I dos and going on our honeymoon.
I am hoping this works itself out...I am sure it will. Waiting for the call....A little bummed out, just trying to stay positive that the news will be yes we do have rooms available that week. Note: This is what happens when you let go of being always in control and let others do things for you...in this case, I think this might have happened regardless.....UMMMM....who I am kidding?? No this would not have happened if I was in control hahahahahahah...LMAO!! |
