This is roroprincess's Blue Wedding!

Oh boy where do I begin... A couple of months ago while Chris and I were running some errands he asked me what I thought about getting married. I totally thought he was joking around until he turned the radio down and looked me in my eye and was like I’m not joking. Seriously, I love you. You’re the only woman I want to be with and I couldn't imagine not having you and Parker (my son) in my life. I was so shocked and happy I was like yes yes yes I would love to get married. Well now a few months later I finally got my ring. I have wanted my grandmother’s wedding ring for as long as I could remember for she was very near and dear to me. So we went together to pick it up from my grandfather and took it to go get sized (this was on a Friday afternoon). They told me it wouldn't be done until Monday and gave me a service ticket. All weekend I was so anxious and Monday came around. I jokingly said to Chris "you know... it’s pretty funny how I have to go get my own engagement ring and I never really got proposed to" well we were laughing about it and I really didn’t think he took it the way he did. When he got to work he asked his boss if he could have off for a few hours, of course they said yes and so from there he went to go pick up my ring. He had to talk them into giving it to them because he didn’t have the ticket, I did. Well they finally gave in and he bought some roses along with it. Chris came to my job and dropped off the roses at the front desk with a card that said "sorry" just to make me think that there wasn’t more that he could do. Well I was walking back to my office and I noticed my door was shut. I thought well what in the world, I never shut my door when I leave. So I open it very carefully and as soon as I cracked it open I saw the love of my life sitting there with my ring. i was so excited and happy and omgoodnes was i ever so surprised :) I was just perfect.

I absolutely adore all three of these dresses. I dont want my dress to look like everyone else's dress. I want a different dress that stands out. something unique but i cannot decide. i love them all but the second dress is blue and i don't think i would like that so i would get it in white :) what dress do you girls like best??

so i was looking through some cakes and came across this really neat scrabble cake. I got sooo excited and instantly emailed my hubby to be. If anyone knows us then they know that every Sunday after church but before lunch, while the baby is taking his nap....we are some intense scrabble players. this is def a cake that we would non mind having!

We were sitting in the car one day driving and Chris looks at me and says "how cool would it be to make our colors Michigan colors" (our favorite college football team) i was like um no way absolutely not! but then i was sitting there looking out the window trying to imagine a blue and yellow wedding and i turned to him and said... "babe i take that back, those colors would be beautiful together!" Chris looked at me with the most surprised look i have ever seen and gave me a big "REALLY?". He was pretty much so excited that he got to help, and got his way lol and me.... well I'm happy too i not only like Michigan football but i loveeeee the blue and yellow.

okay guys... As you can tell im new to this thing. I found this site through something i was searching and it seemed super neat! Im 23 and happily engaged to the love of my life. were getting married quite soon so don't be shocked. He says... im going to marry you anyways so why not sooner than later? We fell in love with eachother about 7 years aog in high school but lost contact of eachother for a few years. He went to college in St. Louis and i went to college at home. a lot happened within the years.. and one thing big was my baby boy... I thought i would never find anyone to help me raise my child and love him like their own. Chris and I crossed eachothers paths last fall and ever since then we have been inseparable. Oh and my silly thinking of never finding a "man" to love my baby as he would love his own was simply..... asinine. :) Chris loves parker to death and i couldn't have ask the Lord for anything more. I cant wait to be called his wife!
