Hun i had a day like that yesterday i was trying to complete my sand ceremy vases and did then three times over with burning my fingers with the hot glue gun.I just got so frustrated.I was upset as it was it was the first birthday that my mom wasnt with us.I just felt like crying as i did.But i pulled myself out.All of us will have these kind of days.Its stressful ,but @ the same time it is rewarding.Cheer Up :)

haha my DIY is a minimum.... sometimes the extra money is worth the lack of stress

Thanks girls for moral support, if wondering what's going on, the post below is explaining it all.
We had hoped for me to be home in two weeks or so but because of more paperwork delays it looks like it will be at least another month, and it has been six !
Hoping for a better day tomorrow...

of course you can ask! I am in Mexico, with my mum, I am from the Netherlands ( I think I told you?) but moved to Mexico with my family 6 years ago, have been allover the country since. I am here until we get my K1-visa so I can go back to Tucson. I was traveling a lot last year, in the US, stayed with a friend in NYC for a while and I moved in with Noah last August, we planned to get married this August, but then I went back to Mexico and when I wanted to go back to the US they didn't let me in the country, even though I had a return ticket to Mexico, they denied my visa waiver at my transit in Denver, they turned me and my stuff inside out and put me back on a plane to Mexico the next day, (took me hand and foot cuffed to a holding facility an hour from the airport for the night) so I never made it back to Tucson and didn't see Noah for almost 5 months, he finally came to visit for a week last month, but I was sick the whole time ! (doctor said stress) so...we were hoping I could go home the first week of May but because of the delay with the paper from Holland it will be longer than planned. again...sigh. Anyway it's been a long ride ! The thing is, I never broke a law, or overstayed my visa in the US, always followed the rules perfectly, also have never ever been arrested or anything, it was pretty scary.

and still, the more I think about the more unfair it is. I was just unfortunate, I was one of the last flights coming in, that night in Denver and particularly one officer felt like making a problem, it was very intimidating and in the end they denied me because the visa waiver is only for tourists not for someone who is intending to get married and live in the US. It didn't matter what I said, he has already decided from the minute he saw me that he was going to deport me, there were 3 other guys there, looking through my stuff and asking me questions, the officers in the morning looked up my case and told me they all wanted to let me go through but the one guy gave the final decision...anyway long long story, just bad luck. But you know, we found out we would've had to go through this process either way since we wanted to get married anyway but at least we would've been prepared and arranged things so we didn't have to spend 6 months apart !

sorry for the long reply haha, hope that didn't make you dizzy. basically, I'm in Mexico, Noah is in Tucson, my things and more importantly my dogs :-( (now of course our dogs) are there too.
I am absolutely grateful and happy to be here with family and not in some sort of lonely place. but still hurts to be removed from your whole life just like that. and for this long...but the end is near even with the delay, it won't be too much longer I'm sure.
