I was thinking of adding a tulle, lace, beads or anything that would recreate a mini version of my dress. The cards would slip between the wires.
13 Inch Large Wire Dress Form $6
11 Inch Wire Dress Form $7.50

I also saw a finished version for sale @ Hobby Lobby for $19.99. They had the finished wire groom for $19.99 as well.

What a great idea for wire dress forms.  I have altered them before, but never as a envelope box.  I also sell these fun little jewels on my website.  Would you mind if I put your dress image on my site for another good idea for using them?  I would, of course, list you as the source.  Good Luck and Bless you in your making!

Thanks for the comment.  My sister uses her dress form to hold her scrapbooking ribbon supply.  The ends of the ribbon are ties to the waist creating a skirt.  The forms can also be used to keep hair bows in order. - Ruby
