My FMIL just got her new puppy on saturday so of course we went over on sunday to celebrate mothers day and play with "Murphy". It's a terrible picture of me but How cute is he!!!
Other things finished:
-My BM is awesome and sent me a msg saturday telling me that she just picked up a bunch of material and is going to make the sashes for the girls dresses, and she'll show me when she's done! (yay!)
-We arranged to get engagement pictures next sunday! (I know it's a little last minute but we wanted to get them when it wasn't freezing outside. It'll still give us enough time for me to use them for the guest book, table numbers and anything else.
-We picked out out our wedding bands and Dave is dropping my engagement ring off at the jewellers at lunch time today to get a wax mould of it made so that they can shape my band:) We'll get the engagement ring back a few hours before the engagemetn shoot! (perfect!)
-I made an appointment for my makeup and hair trial for June 13th, Mom and me will do the centerpieces up that day too:)
-Programs are designed, just need to send them to the pastor to make sure I have the order of service right, and then I can print them up!
NEXT ON THE TODO LIST:
-Placecards
-Seating chart
-buy comfier shoes for dancing
-buy wedding jewellery
-Pick up dress with BM May 28th.
-figure out parents gifts:S
-Tulle or whatnot and kissing ball to decorate arch for ceremony.
-Finish vows
-Write thank you speech with Dave
-make sure we have all the music for the ceremony and reception since we'll be using an ipod for this part.
-Buy Candy for candy buffet 1 week before wedding
-buy 4-6 more scoops for candy buffet.
-Need to go to the Venue with my mom to double check everything make sure we didn't forget anything!
-Rehearsal, plan this with FMIL - go to venue at 7:00, pizza place right afterwards.(something simple).
