try to use powder to fill it for now. Powder looks more natural than liner. I agree she did it too short. Don't fret! it should come back!

I'm so sorry that happened to you. I would freak too. But I would use mrsward's suggestion and try a power browliner. Bare minerals maybe?
Brows will stop growing if you keep them pulled out at the root but as I understand it, that usually happens after repeated removal. So they should grow back, don't worry.

I do photography part time and I paid for a friend of mine to have her make up done at Merle Norman for a photoshot. I explained very specifically how I wanted her makeup done and even brought pictures. I was so embaressed  because she left looking like a clown! We had to spend time fixing her makeup once we left and she has not let me forget it. I too will never go to another Merle Norman store.

I'm the manager that helped you that day. In response that we were not helpful, this is not true.You were provided with brow powder,a brush,and a credit note valid for 2 FREE eyebrow sessions with me. I also volunteered  my time if you needed it. Please , I would appreciate a response to my comment as this complaint reflects on my abilities as a manager.

I have gone to merle norman for eyebrows for the past 13 years and have stayed with the same esthetician for that time. I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience and I enjoy all the staffs knowledge. I also have reffered several people there and they have never encountered any problems! I feel bad that you endure this just before your engagement but i would definately recommend you go back and give some of the long time employees another chance!!

The manager doesn't care about her clientel. I was in the so called spa for a pedicure that I was extreamly disappointed in. I had placed a complaint to their headoffice in which they had assured me that they contacted the store manager and I was to get a return call to discuss my experience. No call. I then thought I would call her. When I called I was told that she would be in later today. I left a message for her to return my call....surprise...no call. Again I called a few hours later was then told the manager just stepped out and they didn't know when she would be back. So my advise....if you want to go for a nice pedicure go to a real spa.... my complaints were the following:
spa tubes were not cleaned with sanatizer...I witnessed this.
my direct view was an open cleaning closet with view of vacum cleaner and towels,
Curtain that separates the two spa tub chairs is hung by a curtain that is not hung proper.
Walls are dirty, and all marked up
Staff were not friendly, many times they walked back while I was waiting and not even offered a "hello" literally nothing.
Once I was getting my pediure by a middle aged brown woman, another brown woman came over and started having a conversation in their language....again not appreciated. I not only concider this rude but I gaurantee I will NEVER spend another penny in their so called spa.
