Pinning down a scheme

What do you think about this table setting? I know i want peacock but i cant narrow down an actual color scheme. I have all of these random inspirations that are all slightly different and I'm stressing out because i dont have a cookie cutter idea that I'm trying to pin down except for "peacock" but every thing i see can go with "peacock". The reception hall is mostly black and white....uhg.

any suggestions? How can i go about pining down a color scheme?

in todays design world you dont need a "cookie cutter" scheme... i love that table setting, i think it goes nicely with your theme and colors. its very classy and unique.
