Wedding Reception

OK so I am not familiar with the surrounding area. I'm a California bride smack-dab in the middle of West Virginia and Ohio. The biggest/Best hall that every one keeps telling me about is this St. Florian Hall. I went to a friend's wedding there last weekend who's recption was at this location and I will be attending yet another local wedding this saturday and their reception will also be in this hall. I know is looks wonderful and I can use the hall's already Black and White interior and just add peacock accents everywhere.

Well when i looked into getting this hall there are a few problems: The food MUST come from the owners of the hall and it is slightly above budget. They dont have a liquor license but you can BYOB? They charge extra if you want to bring in your own decorator, and i hear [from other locals who have had their weddings there] that there are other hidden fees as well.

So is it worth it? tough to say! It's definitely high up on my list of potential places but i dont know about all these restrictions. I'm a nervous bride!
