This school year i started to do Zumba 1 a week. My university offers a class with this professional girl so i just couldn't pass it up. for those who don't know Zumba is a dance fitness program created by dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez in Colombia during the 1990s and it is super fun! However, i haven't been eating the healthiest, and i really should get more active. So me and my MOH have decided to become accountability partners for each other. Our biggest temptation is Ice Cream! they have a huge ice cream bar in our cafeteria with all flavors and toppings so we're giving it up! Also, in addition to Zumba we have started CARDIO KICK BOXING! My body is aching as i type this, but it was so good!
I power walk and run also through the week so hopefully I'll be able to squeeze in 4 hours of intense exercise a week. With a healthy diet i should be toned up in no time!
So i have 9 months until the big day to tone up. I know you shouldn't loose weight after you have your dress, but the dress consultant said i should be fine since i have a corset that can easily be tied tighter.
SO for the next 9 months, no gluten, little dairy, some protein, with LOTS of fruit and veggies!
