I'm so excited for the Christmas season! I have a devotion to the Holy Family, especially Baby Jesus so i cannot wait for the feast of the Nativity!

Also, I'm bringing FH home to CA with me for Christmas! We would like to switch off every year but flying to CA is so expensive that we probably cant afford to go there every 2 years. SO i said that they definitely get this year with us. How are you and your FH splitting up the holidays?

We spent Thanksgiving with FH's also. It was wonderful. The day after thanksgiving, the christmas trees went up! Justin and I helped his parents decorate theirs because we dont have a tree. We have a tiny one we decorated together, but Justin is allergic to real trees so we're going to wait until the end of the season when we can buy a big fake one on sale :) the tree will be peacock decorations of course ;)

did anyone go black friday shopping?

How cute.  Yes we did go Black Friday shopping...my head is still hurting from all that coffee and crowds. I'm coming back to life now? LOL

LOL, I was one of the rowdy ones on Black Friday!  LOL  Just kididng!  I had a wonderful shopping spree. Have fun for Christmas with your fiance.

My FH's family came up from South FL to Atlanta, GA to be us for the Christmas, but this year it's just going to be us :-)

this year is our last as singles so i wanna spend with my family not sure if fh will be with me ot travelling at that time hopefully he will be with me....

good to know what you were up to hun sounds like you had a ball :) i love Christmas too and celebrate the birth of Jesus as our saviour :) for Christmas we usually spend time with our families at lunch (separately since we are not married yet hehehe)  but in the morning FH and I will be at church and I will be singing (i sing in the church choir) then we'll be together in the evening for dinner or something :) xox

that all sounds wonderful ladies! yes, it is our last holiday as singles too. so i am flying out to CA before my FH so that i can have one on one time with the fam and then FH will fly out for christmas and we will head back to OH together :)
