Hey Ladies! Ever feel like you need a break about wedding planning? Haha well FH and I went down to KY this weekend to spend some time with some of his family and get away from everything. We even picked out some living room furniture!
Well his uncle is a priest who is a pastor for a parish in KY so we had a fun filled weekend with him and the members of his church! There is a couple who owns a vinyard and they are supplying us with 60 bottles of their wine for our toast for half off the normal price! so [as you can see in the picture] we spent time with them at the winery.
All of you probably saw my previous post about MoH needing to go to the hospital and luckily she got surgery while i was on my mini vacation and is doing wonderfully!
My bridesmaids gifts came in [they are little silver beaded bracelets!] and I am extremely happy. My to do list for this week is:
-place cards
-DIY fabric covers for my jelly jars
-pay the remaining amounts to my photo/video grapher
I am just so thrilled that everything is coming along. only 40 more days for this little bride!
The only downer ive had lately, is that people keep making fun of my invitations because they were pretty minimalistic and I think some people were upset that they had to rsvp online :( i thought that would be easiest/eco friendly but anyone over the age of 25 is complaining and it hurts my feelings :(
