I got an email from Davids Bridal the other day saying that my sash had arrived- that was quick! They'd told me it wouldn't be in until the 25th, and I only ordered it last week. Now I have a gorgeous satin sash to wear with my dress- it really needed it to just pull the whole thing together. I got the S400 sash in Marine & i love that it flares at the ends- it's just enough to make it look like it's a bit more than just a ribbon. I'm planning on tying it like the photo w/ a brooch in it.
While we were in DB's I spied 2 little matching brooches that were the perfect size for my bridesmaids sashes. They were only $12 each and I've been looking around frantically to find decent looking brooches for them. I got them both for $25 and I'm thrilled! they're not exactly what I'd wanted for them but they'll do and they'll love them. lol.
