Vintage Inspired Bride

I had some time yesterday to play around with my hair and makeup yesterday so I decided to do a quick "mock up" of what I would like for the big day. I watched a couple youtube videos on how to do Pin Up Inspired makeup...I need some redder lips. And I just loosely pinned my hair up so it's off my shoulders.

Our wedding will be in early April, so I'm thinking it might be a little chilly out. I didn't want the traditional white faux fur wrap so I got a black one and to close it I found a vintage elephant pin. Elephants are my favourite animal and over the years FH has contributed to my collection of them. I thought it would be quite fitting to have a little elephant somewhere for our wedding.

I love the feathers I almost went with the exact veil feather combo but I decided the flower was more tropical. I still have the feathers bookmarked just in case.
