Wedding mishaps
Ever been to a wedding where something so odd or ridiculous happened that you'll never forget it? I've got a couple:

#1 - my cousin passed out during his vows, but he was nice enough to warn us it was coming...after he swayed a couple of times, he announced 'i think i'm going to faint'...then his brother caught him. Just something that runs in the family - we tend to buckle out knees!

#2 - I was a bridesmaid for a girl I didn't even know - we'd only met twice, but I just don't know how to say no I guess! It was a weekend FULL of drama - fighting b/w the families, the parents all announcing that the couple should have waited another year, even though the ceremony was already over. Even the MOH started spreading rumors about grooms family calling the bride a b*tch, sl*t, etc....so they called the reception off two hours early because there was so much drama doing on!

What's your story?

Not a mishap, but funny.

My hubby and I ended our wedding night with us doing keg stands!! Then went to a tavern at the hotel with out party people for more drinking and dancing, then we to breakfast at 3:00am at the resturant at the hotel where my drunken bridesmaid fell flat on her face!!! Ahh, great times! We love to party...

Every place we went my bro would re-introduce us "for the first time..... Mr& Mrs. Jesse & Debbie Vigil"

I was at a wedding and the Bride was so drunk her eyes were rolling and it was only dinner.  Felt sad for her as I am sure good pictures would be hard to find.
The bridesmaids kept feeding her drinks starting at the hairdresser and she was done by dinner.

I was a bridesmaid in my uncle's wedding and his now wife tried to pick these hidous pink business suits for us to wear!!!!! I cannot even tell you how ugly these things were, I mean COME ON! Business suits??? in june weather?? I almost cried lol We got really lucky though because one of the bridesmaids spoke up & said she wasn't going to be in the wedding if she had to wear that lol So needless to say the bride chose a way better choice of light pink flowy dresses.

My friend Mariann got married when we were still in high school and I was her only bridesmaid. It was a quick ''get married'' situation so she didn't buy bridesmaid dresses she juz asked me to find a dress in dk green. The only dress I knew of (and could AFFORD cause I was still in high school and had no job) was one of my sisters dresses. My sister is a bit bigger than me but I wore the dress. Mariann did however pay to have my hair done....I thought I would die. The lady pulled my hair up in a ginormous beehive w/ringletts coming out the back and down the sides of my face. When I got home after the wedding my mom looked at me and said "what happened to your hair!"....it was mortifyingly aweful!!
