Ask a Question
Best photo book website or software?

Hi Ladies! Hope your planning is going well! I am gettting ready to make a photobook, and I am so overwhelmed with all of the choices. I was wondering if you had any recommendations on a good website to use? I've seen pretty good feedback so far on:

~mypublisher.com
~picaboo.com
~tinyprints.com
~blurb.com
~shutterfly.com
~mixbook.com

This guy does a pretty good review on them - http://www.digitalhomethoughts.com/news/show/97676/13/1/15 - but
I was wondering if any of you have you used any of these sites? Any input would be greatly appreciated! I'm looking for a great photo, page, and cover quality. Thanks!

I used photobookcanada and I wouldn't recommend them. Their software was easy to use and they have good coupons but the photos came out dark and I had huge issues with UPS with delivery and photobook had really really bad customer service and in the end all they said was "that's too bad".

I've had a friend use blurb and their photobook was really nice!

I just had a 12" x 12" photo book done with all of our engagement  pictures from Shutterfly and really loved it! Everyone that has seen it LOVES it. Very clear crisp photos, excellent color and I had a coupon. Fast shipping also for a custom made item I thought. I would definitely recommend Shutterfly! I am going to be ordering a large canvas print from them next!

I originally got a book to use for my photo guest book from shutterfly. I'm glad it was free because I was not impressed with the quality.

So I go another book from mypublisher. I love it and the quality was way better than shutterfly.

I wrote a post about it and included pictures of my book:

i have purchased two from blurb.com a paperback boudoir book for dh and the hard cover wedding album for my mom. I like the paper back better from them.  The hard cover does not seem like it is going to stand the test of time.  After my moms new years party the edges of the book started looking warn, and so did the bind.
