Help Wanted
Need help with my ceremony
Okay I have calmed down and Brian and I went to visit the grounds around our wedding venue at the University of Alberta – Faculty Club.

We found an area which will work for an outdoor wedding ceremony and yes we can have this area at no cost. Now I have to plan an all new ceremony. Need all the help I can get. This is my list. What am I forgetting?

Chair rentals
2 pillar rentals for large floral
1 arch (white)
Flowers for the arch – ouch this will hurt the budget
Table and linens for signing the registry
Rose petals for the aisle….my monogrammed runner was made on 25’ as it fit the venue indoors.
PA system for officiant – power
Ceremony Music – will have our pianist play for the cocktail hour instead of ceremony will look into harpist.

I have chair ties for immediate family

DIY Ideas – pomanders (18) for inside rows of chairs
Wedding ribbon wands
chocolate, brown, outdoor, ceremony, wedding ceremony

Yikes - sorry to hear of your new plans.  I would assume it will be hot and do you have any shade for the guests.  If no ensure to have water and maybe some fans or parasols (but expensive).  Good luck and keep us posted.

Actually I didn't rent the chairs. Were just using the tables and benches at the pavillion. And yes it is insane what they charge which is why we won't be renting them lol. My sis got a good deal on hers they were only $1.30 a chair.
