scheri's Chocolate wedding

Well my hotel suite was absolutely gorgeous. Brian had flowers Vandella roses and a beautiful card delivered to the hotel to me the night before the wedding.

I had picked up orchids (5) for my hair from my florist the night before the wedding and put in the fridge in my suite.

Well guess what the hotel bar fridge in my room froze the poor things. When I took them out to look at before the hairdresser arrived and after the florist had already come and delivered all the bouquets and the bountneers to my suite. Called the florist and caught her at the venue setting up the tables and yes back she went and picked up more and delivered to my suite in time for the hairdresser.

My next surprise was from my daughters and their friend Victoria. Victoria came in from Victoria to Edmonton to video our wedding. When I arrived at the Rutherford House (before the ceremony) for pictures I saw this big huge truck with all kinds of people and ...well they booked a lift truck so that she could do the video of the photo shoot from the air. Was fantastic! The photographer took some pictures with the lift truck. Cant wait till I get them.

The next surprise was my something blue from my honey....well I got my blue topaz and diamond ring.

Bur probably our biggest surprise of the whole day was our wedding coordinator Laurie Gettis of Nuance Occasions.........this will be a post all but itself.

All I can say is I now understand why the "wedding industry" is the only one that is able to be paid in full PRIOR to completing their contractual requirements.
