HELP DIY ladies
Seating Card Display

Hi all you DIY ladies,

Need some help on how to display my Escort Cards? The escort card is in the pictures with our names and monogram. I am having a calligrapher do the names on the outside and the table number will be on the inside.

Now how should I display. Do not have enough room at the Guest Book Table as I have other stuff on display "engagement photo c/w framed invitation" on easel. Flowers, candles, memorial candle for my Dad.
My (2) nieces at the guest book will help direct people to their table the other will be snapping Polaroid photos (which I will keep and send out with my thank you cards).

I should have between 135 - 176 Escort Cards. Adding another table is not an option as any room in foyer.

Thought about another (2) easels with (2) 40 x 30 inch foam core boards covered in fabric and ribbons. Each board can hold (78) escort cards. Found some examples.

Help what should I do?

UPDATE: My DIY project for the seating cards display turned out perfect.

i like the 4th pic - it seems like it would save a lot of space and it's something that you could probably manage to make yourself.

I like the second one!! You could do it in little metal pales instead of tea cups.

I made one of those ribbons board for our seating.  If you are using fabric ribbons (not the plastic ones for wrapping presents) it ends up to be a little costly, but looks beautiful when it is done.

I think I should thank you for the web site for labels ect.  I really love their stuff and by fluke I think the design of your placecards is the same design I picked for my tags and water bottle labels!  Thanks you have great taste
