Honeymoon
Honeymoon AND Gift Registry?...

Ok so FH and I are needing some help funding our honeymoon so we were considering a honeymoon registry. The only thing about that is that we also want a gift registry for all the usual wedding gift items. I know of a couple honeymoon registry websites but none of them say anything about it being a substitute for a regular registry. Any help on this issue is soo needed!

i'm not sure i follow what you're saying.  I know several of the brides are doing multiple registries... saw one with target, sears and bed bath and beyond.  I, myself will be doing honeyfund.com and target!

i think i'm confused too. you can set up a honeymoon registry if you like, just make sure you read everything on the site before you set it up. some take a percentage of what your guests give (3-10%) and some require that your guests only use paypal which is a bit inconvenient for some guests.

then you could set up a separate registry at sears or the bay or whatever for your home items. in the end you would have 2 registries and give your guests the choice.

We are doing honeyfund.com and then the Bay and Home Outfitters.  I think its nice to give your guests the choice.. I like options!
