Shoes!!
I Love these so much!
When I was in Vegas last year I seen these shoes in a Jimmy Choo store. I don't care what my colors are, if I ever managed to get these shoes I would wear them forever! I do not know why I love them so much but I do. If anyone has seen a decently priced pair of these in a 5 or 5.5 maybe even a 6 please let me know. I have never owned anything as brand name as these shoes.

Thumped on a Theme
Ive been toying with some theme ideas for the wedding and I cant decide. Heres a list that goes through my head
Alice in wonderland(darker side tho) Tim burton'ish Charcoal, Ivory and plum...liking this one a lot Masquerade Vintage I want to have fun on my wedding, and be unique but I dont want it to be gross and crazy. I dont actually want a dress like the last one but I thought it was very time burton theme. You could wear it with a little top hat. Anyone having a new years eve wedding? Anyone doing any of the above mentioned themes? |

Does anyone else remember this pop? I had it all the time as a kid. I dont know if they even make it any more. I keep thinking " wouldnt it be great to have Happy Pop at my wedding", a lot of my family grew up on it too. We always had it at birthday parties and such, its a nice memory for me. If anyone knows where I can find it please let me know. Im pretty sure it was an Edmonton company though.
Happy Pop was kind of like Jones Soda but with a Happy face on it. |

Will it look good?
I just happen to be a luck girl, FH's mother and sister are both wonderful hairdressers so I don't need to find one, which is awesome. Im thinking of wearing my hair down or half up. Here are some pics I found of hairstyles I like.
Its so hard to tell if these will look good. Its a good thing I can ask FMIL or sister to play around with my hair a bit before hand. |

I finally found some more pictures of my venue. Click on the link on the bottom to see the slideshow. This wedding is beautiful, the song of the slide show just happens to be one of the songs I was going to use for my ceremony.
I still cant decide if I want to go with the romantic wedding with ivory and red, with lots of candle light or go for a more winter wonderland/ club feel in blues and black. I just dont know. Corset
Does anyone know how hard it is to make a corset? I want a corset wedding gown, possibly semi transparent like the first photo, but I have not seen anything that is coming close to what Im visualizing. So Im thinking how hard would it be to make? or have made? how to you know what to put on it? Any ideas ladies? Ive looked at Pnina Tornai and My Lady...theres some that have hints of what Im looking for but nothing that makes me think I have to have it.
I like this first pic a lot, too bad I cant see the front. |

Just an idea I was thinking about...
My FH Courtney loves hockey, I was thinking we could get married at a hockey arena. We could uplight the walls in the wedding colors, or have lots of candle light to make it romantic, or hang lights like in this picture, although I would want it more classy than this pic. I like the colors in the second pic as well. We would need carpet on the ice so no one falls. The unique kind of pictures we could get are endless and I think it would be fun too. I also know that renting arenas is pretty cheap. Has anyone seen any pictures on this sort of thing? Or have any ideas of how I could decorate this? |
