Some more Reception Decorations:
I Looooove Decorating!!! I can't choose what to use and what to eliminate since I do not want to overdo it! So, here are some of the things I am thinking of using! All suggestions and comments are of course welcome.
#1) I love the ceiling decorations in the first picture... I think it will give the room a really soft and romantic feel! #2) These pictures do not do justice how pretty the lighted waterfall backdrop for the bridal table I want is! But trust me it is gorgeous! #3) Again this isn't the best picture, but if I don't use the ceiling decorations from the first picture, I will do some type of pillar, tulle, and flower arrangement around the dance floor. I will using as many candles and rose petals on all the tables as possible!!! *** As stated in previous posts: My tables will be white table clothes, black table runners, black chair covers, with white satin sashes. The centerpieces will alternate between tall Eiffel tower vases with white flower arrangements and a low candle & rose petal array. *** |

In between the ceremony and the reception we will be taking pictures at the beautiful Schenley Park and Schenley Plaza in Oakland.
I am in love with wedding photos taken in parks and the forest... Schenley Park is the perfect place! It has beautiful gardens, old cabins, cobblestone bridges and stair cases in the woods, an overlook of the city of Pittsburgh, wooden benches, etc... They are going to turn out beautiful! There is also the beautiful Schenley Plaza with fountains, statues, and a carousel that I thought would make for some fun pictures of the flower girls and ring bearers! <3 |

My Wedding Jewelry
Without anyones input Erik bought my 'Dream' Engagement Ring! I wanted something simple & elegant! (Partly because I didn't want it to be too much once I add the wedding band/s)
I hope to buy the Eternity Band! One for each side of my engagement ring so that the solitaire diamond doesn't look off-centered! I am looking for bracelets much like the ones the model is wearing in the picture of my dress. I feel these ones are close to them. I am thinking the first one on one wrist and a combination of two of the smaller ones on the other wrist? |

Our Tables
I can't wait to see our guest tables put together! Obviously from the pictures we will be using black chair covers with white satin sashes. Missing from the picture is the black table runners and possibly black napkins. I don't want there to be too much black so I'm going ot have to try it out and see!
Half of our tables will have low candle and rose petal arrangements! I have been looking forever for the perfect candle centerpiece because I am absolutely obsessed with candles, but I couldn't find anything I loved! Everything was just too simple. While browsing on another girl's site I found these pictures and fell in love! They will be my inspiration for my candle centerpieces! I will be using eiffel tower vases for the other half of the tables with the rose bouquet shown in the picture! (This bouquet will also be my bridal bouquet) |

Our Wedding Limo
Since the bridal party will spend so much time getting ready to look perfect, I want to make sure they will be comfortable and have plenty of room to have some drinks while in transport! So, we reserved a large limo bus with amazing hardwood floors!
Best part it is picking us all back up after the reception and taking us to the hotel!!! |

Flower Girl & Ring Bearers
Since I will have two flower girls and two ring bearers, I chose to have one group of them walk with the pillow and the basket (my nephew Adam and niece Tessa) and the other group (my 'future' twin niece and nephew Jenna and Jack) carry this banner down the aisle! I can't wait to see the pictures of the little ones!
I didn't take an actual picture of my guest book, basket, etc... yet... but of course mine has the black satin on it instead of the chocolate! I'm thinking since there will be so many people wearing black in my wedding... I will have the oldest ring bearer, Adam, wear a white tux! Obviously it will be destroyed by the end of the night but he will look so cute! |
