Wedding Flowers
DIY Pomanders are Finished
Well I finally finished all eight of my pomander balls. I used mostly fushia gerber daisies but threw in about 3 lighter pink gerber daisies on each one to show a little contrast. I really like the way they came out. I made sure they were all the same length because I will be hanging them on free standing shephard hooks during my ceremony. Four on each side. I ordered my free standing shephard hooks on Friday. Another thing to check off my list. :)

Wedding Cake
Blinged out cake topper!
Just wanted to share my work on my cake topper. I have posted a before and after picture of it. I think it looks much better after!! My FH thinks I am so talented because I glued all the crystals myself. :) He is so cute. It did take a while and I got a little frustrated when I didn't get it perfect but I have to say I am happy with the way it turned out. Those little crystals add so much!

Wedding Cake
Cake! Yummy Cake!
FH and I went to our cake consult on Saturday. It was such a great experience! I took the photo of what I want my cake to look like and tasted all these different delcious flavors of cake...boy was my FH in heaven!! We have our cake! It will Iook like the photo except where the black ribbon is there will be fushia. Bottom layer red velvet with cream cheese icing..mmmm middle layer vanilla cake wih vanilla icing..top layer chocolate peanut butter with peanut butter icing...ohhh my gooodnnnessss was that good...too bad that one is for our first anniversary. I'm very happy with the bakery we picked! Get this it's call "The Twisted Sifter" haha isnt that cute!!!
