Card Box

I've been looking for a while for the right box to go with our decor and couldn't find it. So I made it, I used a heart shaped box and a round box I picked up from Micheal's. I sprayed them with glue and covered them with satin then added the beads It turned out perfect and reusable.

Wedding Hair Style

I need some help

As everyone can see I have really curly hair so, my delima is strait or curly. My maid of honor says i should wear it curly, but if i do my hairs so big I can't wear a veil. If i wear it straight I will have to hope and pray for no humility in Texas. I don't know what to do!!! Also when I search for photos all I find are non-ethnic hair photos. does anyone have any ideas, websites anything. Please i need some help

DIY Wedding

Stanchions

So I wanted some kind of stanchions for the isle and been looking around for quite a while before I decided to make my own. I made mine short but if you want them taller they can be made that way.

Items needed:
Sturdy paper rolls (best to use gift wrap rolls) they must be sturdy
1 yard of fabric
Table clips (you can find theses at a party store there the clips that hold table cloths on)
pail (white, silver)
Cement
Glue Gun
ruler
painters tape
bouquet holder

Direction:
Mix the cement according to the instructions on the bag. Cement is messy so please do this in a area you dont mind getting dirty. Then fill the pails or pail until full to the brim. Let the cement sit for about half and hour or until a little firm. take you rolls and mark the bottom using a ruler to the desired length you want to submerge in the cement. after you cement has firmed up a little add the rolls and painters tape center them so they stand straight. Let sit for 24 hours or until cement has completely dry. Now its time to decorate them, First add the table clips by gluing it upside down this will be the hook that holds the rope or fabric. If you decide your not going to have fabric draped from place to place then you can take this step out I used a white organza and starting at the bottom wrapped it diagonally to the top and just tucked the extra in the hole. Then you can place the bouquet holder in the hole and arrange flowers accordingly and you have made your wedding stanchions.

The Ring

He gave me his heart

Michael Asked me to marry his 1-1-2008 it was my first rip the the east coast we went to his hometown Baltimore, MD He took me everywhere site seeing. His original plan was to take me to new york to watch the ball drop and ask me right after in time square but i was rainy and he didn't want it to be uncomfortable (I get grumpy when I'm cold) so instead we went to D.C for some more site seeing. It was really windy and both of us being mixed we had little pink noses in all our pictures it was cute. After site seeing we went to a restaurant called the yellow fin in Annapolis to eat dinner. This was the first time i had ever seen him eat so fast it was like he swallowed the whole plate in 5 minutes. He sat in his seat and watched me eat for about 5 more minutes and then got up and went to the bathroom. He was gone for about 20 minutes which made me nervous cause the night before we got in to this horrific argument over an ex-girlfriend who didn't get the hint (one of those if i wait he'll come back) he saw her as a friend she wanted more. I tried to tolerate there friendship at first but when she was sending him text like (it's our 1 year break up anniversary) I mean come on. So back to my story he was gone for a long time and I was like maybe he ditched me here. Well after about 20 minutes he comes back to the table. gets on one knee and asked me to marry him which totally caught me off guard. I was embarrassed at first it was like the record skipped cause everyone in the restaurant stopped what they were doing and we looking at us. I said YES of course and people in the restaurant clapped and congratulated us. After the excitement settled down I asked him what took him so long in the restroom he told me he called my mom to ask permission to marry me.
