I wish Alfred Angelo showed this gown in the White/ White style. That is the style/color that I purchased. The website shows the gown in white/claret.... IF I HONESTLY SAW THIS GOWN ON THE SITE FIRST, I WOULD HAVE NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT TRYING IT ON!!!! But when I saw the white/white style in the salon, I fell in love with it! Before I tried it on I knew this was the dress! The veil I purchased is a Swarovski Veil...... IT IS GORGEOUS!!!!!! When I get a chance to take a pic, I will!!!!!

So, the Dj has officially been booked! John is great! I worked with his wife at the Rec. Center and always remembered how interactive he was as their event DJ. He does this kind of work on the side, but he is sooo good at it! He does more weddings in the area than any proff. DJ! And he had every piece of music I wanted. ( But I am old fashioned, so I didn't really think it would be a problem!) So far, here is what we have decided on for some of the main music events!

The woman should be sainted! She has been sooo good to us with this whole ordeal. We didn't want anyone going home starving and the menu that Toni has compiled surely will not allow starvation! I have been to quite a few weddings where the event took place in the evening and very light appetizers were served. I'm talking maybe 5 appetizers. Only 1 wedding I have been to ( AND IN!!) have I not left wanting to go to the nearest fast food joint ( Luv Ya Jen!). So to ensure the nutrition of our guests, here is the menu!!

I had been to a wedding reception here about 7 years ago and fell in love with the auditorium!!! We snagged a bargain to boot!

I am sooo excited! We ordered the cake, put deposit down, etc. The flavors we chose are-

1st Tier- White Chocolate Bavarian

2nd Tier- Strawberry Vanilla Mousse

3rd Tier- Chocolate- Raspberry Mousse

And the freezable cake is a White Chocolate Mousse with Strawberry Compote!

I had everything pictured in my mind of how I wanted the reception to look. I wanted the linens to stand out as well as bring out the colors in my centerpieces! THIS OVERLAY IS PERFECT!!! I AM SOOOOOO EXCITED!!!!! I also found the charger plates I had been looking for at a more descent rate..... WOOHOO!!!!

Soo excited! We finally sat down and decided what candies we wanted for our candy station, as well as what to display them in and the colors!

I fell in love with these invites! I love the Monogram Theme so I wanted to incorporate it somehow. These invites set the tone for any type of wedding, formal or informal!

I am debating on whether to have Roses, Tulips, Calla Lilies, or Hydrangeas! I'm just glad I am starting to crack down and just decide!

So, we decided on this cake, except 4 tiers,and it will have a pale irridescent pink glow to the icing! The color of the flowers will also be different!

Ok... so now that the bridesmaid dress dilemma has been solved, onto my next dilemma................................ FLOWERS.I absolutely LOVE CALLA LILIES!!!!! But then it's a matter of should I use Roses, Tulips, Peonies,or Hydrangeas with it!!! The list keeps going! Not only am I going completely crazy, I have drug my wonderful, patient mother bonkers as well! I live out of state now, so we correspond through phone and email. I had to set up an email account strictly for us to use for the wedding! Once we decide on something..... I come across another idea!!! GRRRRR. Oh well. I guess it's better than not finding anything.

I can't even begin to describe how stressful it was to decide on the Bridal Party Attire! I liked one dress, my sister liked another... she wanted in long, I was dead set on half and half Alfred Angelo. FINALLY!!! We agreed on this dress! Now if I could just decide on a color! I REALLY want pink, but my fiance says the closest he will get to a " Feminine" color is Purple... and only because blues and whites can be incorporated. Or, green. Don't get me wrong, I like those colors. I just have sooo many different ideas. Oh well.
