I think the 3rd one is more dressy... the 2nd one is the most casual. I love all of them...but I'd say go for #3!

I am going to have to be the lonely voter for number 1. I agree that the second one is too casual. The third one is nice but has been seen before. I love the third because it is unique and (in my opinion) more fashionable. Although you can't go wrong with any of them.
I like either #1 or #3. They are both super cute! I'm actually wearing bright pink converse under my dress, so I love the idea of pink shoes.
