So we have decided to switch our ceremony locations. Originally we had wanted to have it out in the country at my parents place. They have a beautifully treed acerage, however I am terrified of our unpredictable Manitoba weather!

To save alot of sleepless nights, and extra hassle we have decided to have it at Fort Gibraltar, It is a historical site that happens to be very close to St. Boniface Golf course where the reception is already booked.

Also after renting a tent, chairs, sound systems, and all the other details, Fort Gibraltar ends up being a much better deal ($500) at the end of it all. They will also decorate for us at no extra cost. It has a working fireplace, dark wood floors, dark wooden chairs, a/c, and a place upstairs for everyone to get ready in. And it is awesome!
