Thank you girls for all the comments supporting me on this. I joined sparkspeople.com (thanks sunshinebride0725) and I have lost 3 lbs. basically without even trying, I just increased my water consumption and am sticking to three meals and two light snacks a day, when before I did not dink water (it was soda, juice, etc.) and ate constantly, snaking on junk food. I started back at the gym and I can't even go up the stairs in my house because of how sore I am LOL but that is a good thing since I am using muscles I didn't even know I had. I was doing Zumba before and I signed up again, I really like the moves and it keeps me from getting bored. Thanks again.
PS: I know this is probably water weight but a loss is a loss and I take anything I can LOL
