How much are you paying for wedding day make up/hair?

Hello Brides!

How much are you paying for wedding day hair and makeup? I am trying to figure out the average cost. I also want my bridesmaids(3), flowergirl, and the 2 mothers to get their hair and make up done.

AND....is airbrush makeup really better and worth the extra cost?

Wll my hairstylist is coming to our location  and she is charging everyone $50 dollars which is REALLY cheap compared to her normal pricing. She is charging me $100. Flowergirls are free!!! YIPPEEE!!! I believe it kind of depends on your request and how many people are in your party.

As for airbrushing...I dont think its ALWAYS better! Anyone can have a airbrush machine....its the person behind it with proper skill! For a wedding I was apart of the bride insisted on getting her makeup airbrushed and spent 150 dollars to do so. I spent 35 on regular makeup by a makeup artist and everyone LOVED my makeup! I was told "ooohhh your makeup looks better than the bride" and I didnt like that comment because it was her day and my makeup was not supposed to overshadow hers but it was a really crappy job I must say! So it all depends on the artist!
