Personalized shot glasses.................
We are going to have servers carrying trays of shots around before the ceremony so everyone can get the party started right way ;-) Then they can all keep the shot glass as a momento of the occasion.
We decided on the mini martini glasses for the ladies with some kind of blue curacao shot. Then the tall shot glasses for the guys with what else.......... tequilla aka. "te-kill-ya". :-) Anyone know of any good blue colored shots??????? Shot glasses: www.designstoremember.com |

Choices at last............
I have never been a fan of the bridemaids wearing all the same dress, so I decided to let them all choose whatever style of dress they want. The only catch is the dress has to be all black. This way they will feel comfortable wearing the dress and they can wear it again on another occasion.

DIY Wedding
Centerpieces......
So I have decided not to use any flowers for centerpieces. So Ive come up with a pretty alternative. I thought about purchasing the clear different size glass clyinder vases. Putting a medium sized candle in ea. and filing around the candle with the diamond confetti. Then I found some really pretty crystal garland thru decoratingstudio.com & the plan is to wrap the cylinder with the garland to give it extra bling! I also found these cute Diamond tea light holders at discountweddingworld.com to place all around the table and these amazing silver candles I found at colonialcandle.com. I am having an evening outdoor wedding and want nothing but candlelight & sparkle!!!!!

Great priced Wedding invitations......
I found this website called vponsale.com they have amazing prices on invitations, wedding dresses and so much more. They even offer free response cards & other freebie's if you order. I have been in contact with the company and they said you can choose any color cardstock & any design you like you dont have to buy just what is shown. They were very helpful! For those of you who may not care for these did you know Costco sells wedding invitations. Who knew :-) My best friend who just got married last month purchased her's thru Costco and they came out beautifully!

DIY Wedding
Save the Date............
I saw these Save the Date cards and thought they were way cute. Since my wedding is ages away I thought about getting creative for the Save the Date cards. Instead of a card that could possibly get misplaced I liked the Magnet idea. I love the photo booth pictures & decided it would be too cute. So I researched these photo booth magnets and again very pricey, then I figured they cant be that hard to make. So I found a photo booth at a local arcade and am going to drag the "ol man" out to take the photos. Then I found that they sell magnet laser printer paper. So all I would have to do is upload the photo into Photoshop and duplicate the photo several times on one sheet of paper, print em' and cut them out. Then I have way cute Save the Date magnets to send out at half the cost of what they charge you to do it thru a printing company! I will post them once they are complete. I hope they turn out well! :-)

Awe the cake................
I saw this cake and thought perfect, the crystal banding on the cake really gives it a glam look! You can find the banding thru Google or wherever and just type in Swarovski Crystal banding. Its very pricey but worth it.........I guess ;-)
