Happy Anniversary to US!

Today is our 2 month anniversary.

Well after reading Macbrides update I realized that today is our 2 month anniversary and figured I'd post an update for us as well.

Well..... things are not alot different for us. We are settling into the house nicely and really feeling good that it is "ours". We rented for so long that it is such a nice feeling to know that we finally have something of our own.

Some of you may have read my previous post about wanting to have another baby. Well we have since decided that maybe we shouldn't tempt fate. I am blessed with 4 beautiful, healthy children (2 of which are with Carlos). I am now almost 41 years old (YIKES) and with each passing day, the idea of getting pregnant gets more and more risky. Carlos and I have decided that we should just look forward to enjoying what we have and focus on our family. We are happy with what we have.

A couple of years ago, Carlos and I decided that we are going to take a family vacation every year. In May of 2009 and also in May of 2010 we went to Disney World and LOVED it. We really wanted to go back this year in May but realized that it just isn't possible so soon after the wedding. We ended up getting in over our heads a little bit with the wedding budget and ended up borrowing some money towards the end. We need to pay that small debt off before taking a vacation.
We booked it already but instead of May, we booked it for December 2011. We will celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and our daughter Emma's 6th birthday in Disney!

Other than that, things with us haven't changed much. I love all you lovely ladies here so I do try and stay active on here. I love reading all your updates and "meeting" all the new brides to be.
