What DIY Project to do first???

If you plan on DIY'ing any gifts for your bridal party I would do that.. also if you wanted to do a bathroom basket or Ceremony reserved seating signs it's never too early to do those either!

Did you start a scapbook yet? Its been a month today that I have been married and I really wish I had been working on it all along the planning of my wedding.

If you are using DIY tags for your wedding favors, you might want to start them. I used word art  for hearts and a fancy font for our names and the date, glued rhinestones on them, cut them out and placed them on heavy paper, hole punched and placed ribbon through them...it took a long time. Or, maybe a nice scroll poem wrapped in pretty ribbon,  or placed in little frames on your tables? A love poem, or one expressing thanks to your guests?

Is all of your music together? Another thing I waited to do regrettably. We had a DJ, but there's always songs we love or that are special to us the DJ doesn't have. How about making a cd of songs that are special to you and your HTB, and one with songs that remind you of good memories with family and friends? I listened to freestyle growing up, but most DJ's don't have much, if any of a selection of it.

Finding or writing poems and the perfect music can take a while.

For now, do samples of the things you get ideas on.  Trust me, once you have the samples made, you will come up with even more ideas, and changes. If you wait too long, its harder to make the changes. Just do samples for now.

Start picking out spots where you want pictures. There was a beautiful staircase at our caterers that we missed the opportunity to get pics on. Make a list of the spots you want pics at and give it to your photographer (a top ten list maybe?). And don't forget to write down names of people you want to make sure you have individual pics done with. Who you think is important is not always who your photog. will.

The list goes on and on lol,,,,,a bride's work is never done! I think this is probably a lot all ready! Just some things to think about. The good thing is you have time. Don't forget to have fun!
