Honeymoon registry
Has anyone done this?
I want to do a honeymoon registry along with a small regular registry. However, I am not sure how to go about it. My fiance and I are thinking we want to do a Sandal's resort seeing as they are all inclusive which seems to be the better route. Is the only way to do a registry for Sandals is through them? I know on their website they have a link do to a registry through WeddingChannel.com. I just want to know if anyone has registered for a honeymoon (ideally, a Sandals resort), and if so, what did you use? Is there some kind of fee for using it? I am just not sure how the whole thing works. I don't want to register for it and regret it! Thanks to anyone who can help :-)

We are doing a honeymoon registry too. We are going to use www.honeyfund.com. They don't require you to set up a separate bank account, and they don't take a %. The guests simply look at the list you have compiled, choose which one they want to 'purchase', and write you a check that they bring to the wedding. The website marks off the things guests have 'bought', and prints out a special certificate that can be enclosed with the check. This also prevents double gifting, unless you choose to have more of one thing. It is also great for older, not so computer saavy guests. All they need is a printed list and they can choose what they want off of it. They can let an another computer saavy guest know, and they can mark it off for them. Read the website, it is very informative!

We are using a specific travel agency for our honeymoon registry - they do not take a percentage or have you set up an account.
