Wedding Invitation
DIY- Please comment!

So...It was too much trouble for the scroll invitations I originally wanted so I decidedd to go another route.

I ordered tangerine pocket folds from cardandpockets.com and I created my own insert design. It will be two layers on top of the pocketfold. The top layer will be white and will include the wording. The second layer will my stipe motif I have chosen for all of my favors that I am also designing myself. These pics are of my trial run and the layers are printed on regular cardstock. I have ordered white linen card stock and white pearlized card stock for the layers from paperandmore.com. It will arrive on Friday and my mom has agreed to assemble them for me. Yaaaay! I'm going to use the right side pocket to include RSVP, Directions, etc.

PLEASE tell me what you think and also what color/kind of envelopes should I use.

Oh it looks great! Love the ribbon. I'm using a similar pocket fold in chocolate brown. I think you should use white envelopes. They are the easiest for writing addresses on.

I think they turned out very nice! My only suggestion would be to use a different font on the invitation...some kind of Script font like ALS Script, Champignon all of which you can get from www.dafont.com.

These don't like DIY at all! They're beautiful!! I would have never guessed that you didn't order them.

I love this..I had a similar idea and am ordering my pocket folds from cardandpockers.com, but was unable to find the right color insert paper but that other website is fabulous thanks!!
