In response to the many questions.
I ordered the pocketfolds from www.cardsandpockets.com
I order white linen paper for the top layer and inserts and designed each piece in publisher.
I ordered white pearlized paper to print the striped motif on. (Yes created the striped pattern using text boxes...It took a little time but it was worth it...I saw an invitation from www.invitationconsultants.com and I ordered a sample and it just wasn't worth the money so I created my own striped pattern and it is incorporated in my favors and programs as well.)
I ordered outer and inner envelopes from www.invitationsbydawn.com for mailing.
I had all of the layers and inserts cut at Staples so the cuts looked professional.
I used permanent adhesive to assemble the layers.

And these were mailed out weeks ago, I just found the time to take a picture of them
I found the Scriptina and BlackJack fonts at www.dafont.com
