My First Fitting!!!
Here are the pictures of my first fitting at the alterations place and my dress couldn't fit better except for the fact of my hips stick out so far! Is there anyway i can get them to come in some? Spanx, Corset??? but other than that my dress had to be taken in on the top so it would fit me better and make me feel secure since im big chested and the neat thing is she didn't cut any of the fabric she actually tucked it and sewed it like that i would of never known unless she told me.

i wouldn't be to concerned except for the fact of my dress is really tight up there and really uncomfortable and i can't do anything with it in alterations but the lady at the bridal shop told me spanx would help because all the dresses fit me this way! Help!

Also i posted a picture of my dress with my MOH's dress. its a better picture of the pool blue from davids bridal although it does not fit her like it did in the store the zipper is jammed and the top is too big... the picture was taken after it was pinned...

Now that turned out really nice!  What jewelry did you decide on getting for the neck area...He's going to be blown off his feet when you come down that aisle!

Hummm, chandelier earrings...Try Good Wills, Antique Shops, Target..oh yea...It's getting close to Halloween..You might be able to find some at the Halloween Spirit shops too....Just a suggestion...

Hey Britni!! Thanks for leaving a comment on my post about bridesmaids dresses...I did see this pic of one of your bridesmaids in her dress the other day and I know that I really love the halter dress with the diamond brooch thingie, but if it's about to be discontinued and if my bridesmaids won't be able to buy them in time or if they no longer have the right color or sizes, then I do think I will end up going with this one instead.

It wasn't one of those things where it just blew me away in the pic on DB's website, but I think it was also because the model had no shape whatsoever and all of my bridesmaids have plenty of shape and curves lol so it was hard to picture that dress on any of them, but I think it does look nice on your bridesmaid and now I can see what it looks like on a more full figured gal lol.  I'll just keep it in mind about the problem with the zipper and the way that it fits and make sure that all of my bridesmaids are aware of this before they actually decide to order it.
