Wedding Flowers
Hobby Lobby Again lol.
Ok so hobby lobby has consumed alot of my money here lately but once again all the floral was half off. I got 4 corsages for $10.00 premade from hobby lobby because they were half off i also got my bouquet premade $12.50 and $5.00 for my other bridesmaid bouquet which i still have to make. Im thinking of going to a florist for the boutineers though im not sure how to make them myself.
but all and all today was a productive day im going monday to the hobby lobby by my house to get the other 4 corsages i need because hobby lobby is closed so me and ryan are going monday. Of course the corsages need a little bit of tweaking and the bridesmaids are still a rough draft let me know what you ladies think! |

I Absolutely Love Hobby Lobby!
i finally fount the matching flower girl basket to my set!
In the beginning of my wedding planning i was immediately attracted to the Crystal Elegance Set and was thrilled when i fount it at party city. i bought it all piece by piece i even bought the matching garter but i doubt ill use it because i have the actual garter set... but i couldn't find the flower girl basket anywhere but online for like $30 without shipping and i needed two of them! So i gave up on looking and decided i would make a DIY one until i went into hobby lobby today to pick up our cake server set and for some reason i looked at flower girl baskets and there it was. the one to match my set and only $20.00 for one! I only got one im going back tomorrow to get the other one.
Im stoked that i finally fount it....everything is really starting to come together i can't wait for the wedding |

I Got My First Response Card!
its kind of exciting!
So i may sound like a dork but im really excited because i got my first response card today! Unfortunately they sent a regrets but its still exciting seeing them come in!!!!
probably doing a little wedding shopping today that just made my day! am i really a dork for saying that? |

Wedding Dress
i took my dress for alterations today...
I have been dragging my feet on getting my dress to an alterations place because i wasn't using davids bridal so i had to find someone else that was really good and thats when my FI mom told me about her moms alteration lady. So his grandma came and got me and we took the dress over there and for me to get it taken in on the sides and to have the bottom shortened it only cost me $50 and i get my dress back in 10 days!!!! She said it would of been $100 but since she knows his grandma she took $50 off!
i can't wait to see how good my dress fits once she is done with it! |

Bridesmaids
dresses and shoes!
three outta 4 of my bridesmaids dresses have come in. im still waiting on my little sisters dress. i only have a picture of lauren in her dress... it looks a little green but its actually pool from davids bridal.
i also picked up 3 out of 4 bridesmaids shoes for them at payless and that has been a headache in a half because i have had to go to 4 different stores for there sizes but i only paid 19.07 per pair so i can't complain and i think they compliment the dresses quite nicely what do you girls think? also the shoes are silver not white. |

DIY Wedding
Alternative To Table Numbers
I fount this idea on abbyh81's wedding blog and instead of table numbers she is naming the tables after "things that make a happy marriage". It was too cute and since im having 13 tables. I didn't want to do the big wooden letters and going through the trouble of painting them so this is a great alternative.
The table names would be: -Romance -Faith -Devotion -Affection -Passion -Happiness -Love -Loyalty -Honesty -Friendship -Promise -Commitment -Respect |

Groomsmen Attire
Finally Got It Settled
Me & Ryan went to mens wearhouse on monday and figured out the colors for the tuxes. Ryan is going to be in an all white tux with a white vest and the groomsmen will be in a black tux with a pool blue vest. its a little brighter on the website than it is in person and since i bought my dress and my bridesmaids dresses at davids the groomsmen get $20 off their tuxes.

My Diamond Confetti Came In!
Yesterday my diamond confetti finally came in! its a little smaller than i expected but thats ok because it will add just enough sparkle to the tables and if i need bigger i can go to walmart and get an assortment or just order a bigger size = ]
also while i was out shopping i got the I DO letters for the cake table! |

My Shopping Adventure Today
with my soon to be mother in law
Today me & soon to be mother in law set out to tie up some lose ends on the reception and i tied up some lose ends on my part too.
We Bought: napkins, plates, cups, favor tags, and table clothes from party city and spent about $90.00 on everything their. we bought all the vases we needed from walmart along with my signature picture frame for only $10.00 and all the vases were only $20.00 for them all! Then we went to michaels and i fount a dead on match for my rose petals and the i do letters only spent about another $25.00 Then we made our final trip to the dollar store where we got our tulle, doilies (we are going to die tiffany blue for the centerpieces), spoons, basket (for the bubbles) and something to add to my bridesmaids gifts but i can't post it on here because i have a nosey maid of honor who has a wedding blog now lol. all and all it was a good day and tomorrow me and ryan have to go to mens wearhouse to get registered and i fount out that my diamonds have been shipped along with the groomsmen gifts. I also ordered my girls flip flops tonight and the bridesmaids gifts came in.... it has been a busy week lol. |
