I decided to wear my most favorite perfume in the world. My Juicy Couture perfume! It's expensive, but I got my big bottle at Winners for 40 bucks! What is everyone else's wedding scent?

The wedding is over! We enjoyed our day, it was beautiful. I can't wait until the professional pics are back!

The website is saying my wedding is today, it's tommorrow...lol...I entered the date in properly...oh well...

I ordered 100 favor boxes, after I completed them there was only 99! I still went on bad about it, counted them a million times over, and yes, I freaked out over one box....

I still don't have everything done, and the wedding is tommorrow!!!!ahhhh!!!

I got a photographer, 250.00 dollars, I get a cd with my photos on them....I didn't really want a photographer, but then people freaked and said we have to have one.

It's supposed to rain tommorrow....grrrrrr....and that SUCKS!!!! Then the photographer said she could still take pics in the rain....hahahaha....I don't think so.....I was thinking an indoor location if possible....

Terry is out picking up my dress, I'm hoping, it's ok, and they didn't mess it up....ahhhhh!

UPDATE!!! Dress will not be ready until 6 or 7, omg...I'm freaking...

I don't know why I keep things to the last minute...ahhh...I tried on my dress this morning, and it's more roomier than when I tried it on 2 weeks ago...I had to rush it out to the mall to get tailored, then she tells me it needs to be shortened...ugh...I thought it would be fine with my heels, but she said I could still trip, so I had to get it done, then at first she wasn't sure if it could be done in time, but she put a rush on it, and told me I could have it by thursday...tailoring was a painful 100 dollars, and I only paid 169.99 for the dress...then I booked my hair appointment, it's at 9:45....that was the earliest she had....then I am running around town looking for reception items, and my shoes....luckily I found a cute pair of yellow and white polka dot shoes, they are not your ordinary white wedding shoes, they are a little more funkier and fun! They match with everything else and I like them...Then I bought a at home helium tank so we could do the balloons ourselves, because they would have been 100 dollars if the store did them. They only last 5-7 hours, so now I need someone to set them up at the reception for us, and I hate Not doing it myself, I need to do it myself so it's done right. So I am worried I'm going to walk into balloons not looking the way I wanted them to look....ahhhhh! I feel like pulling my hair out.

Oh yeah! I have to find out tonight if my MOH's dress fits and the alterations were successful, I hope so!

This is similar to what our wedding will look like, clothing wise. One boy is 11 and they only had one boy to choose from, the flowergirl dress is not the same, I used a simple dressy yellow dress, but everthing is pretty close to being the same.

I'm a poor bride, I have a small budget, money is very tight, we have 4 kids and just can't shell out the big bucks for the wedding...we said if we were gonna get married we were going to do it ourselves, we don't want to bug anyone else for money, specially now with the cost of living these days...so we made good use of dollar stores, friends who can make things for us, help decorate etc. We found cheap venues, stuff on e Ebay, instead of renting suits, we bought suits instead of renting, it was cheaper, everyone paid for there own attire, I bought a few things each month, and got my veil for free from ebay (seller messed up the veil a little), but it still looks good...the 2 most expensive things were the limo, and the food....I think over all I might have spent 2000-3000, I haven't added it all up yet, I will post the actual cost after the wedding...We planned to spend about 2000-3000, so we are doing really good. We just don't see the need to spend alot of money for one day, How about everyone else??? Rich Bride, Poor Bride?

I am 10 days until the wedding and for the past 2 days I can barely eat, I feel like I just got off a rollercoaster...I can't sleep, I have been up late, stressing out, still need to get the food ordered, by more decorations and napkins. cutlery, etc. My dress needs tightening around the chest, I haven't found my shoes yet, I have social anxiety and I'm sort of shy person in general, so I am super nervous about the ceremony/reception...having a bunch of people looking at me...ahhhh!!!!! Having to speak in front of people, dance with people other than my hubby....ahhhhh! I think I'm gonna puke!!!!! :(

We are having our ceremony in a small church near the highschool we attended and were we first met. We chose the church from seeing our friends get married there last year, we thought it was perfect for us. We are comfortable with the pastor, he is young and really cool, and easy to talk too. Our ceremony is non traditional and we wanted it short and sweet, we took out the Unity Candle Ceremony, no one will be doing any reading or singing, and my father will not be walking me down the isle or giving me away, I don't feel comfortable with that since I have been living away from home for 14 years and our relationship has not been a close one.

The reception is going to be held in a Army / Navy Legion/Club. We have been to many weddings and parties there and we know how they run and it was really cheap to rent for the day/night. We are being lent a sound system for the night, we aren't having a DJ, they usually don't have the music we like.

We are having cold plates for our dinner, we have been to other summer weddings that have done this and it's cheap and yummy. Family members and friends that have volunteered to do it, will be plating and serving it to our guests.

We are using a Limo to get around the day of the wedding, it's the most expensive thing we have purchased for the wedding...$500, for most of the day. It's white to go with our colors!
