A Couple of Projects Complete!
Finished up a few projects this morning and thought I would share them with you.

My pomanders turned out great and the hooks I got from the Dollar store held them up without a problem! Love how it looks!! So proud of myself!
There is 6 white ones and 4 orange ones and they will alternate down the aisle - 5 on each side.

Table Number holders. I searched and searched to find something similar to buy but came up empty. I was getting a screw driver out of my FH's tool box (he is a plumber) and found his sauder wire and had an "AHA" moment! I wrapped the end around a mascara tube twice and spray painted them silver. I bought the wooden blocks at michaels and after drilling holes in them I hot glued the wire in place.

Two more projects to knock off the list! Less than a month left now...time to pick up the pace a little!!

Wedding Shower
Got a Dress!
I wasn't out searching for a dress for my bridal shower but I found this one and couldn't pass it up. There is a "tourist" chain of stores here called How Bazaar that is only open mostly in the summer months and they import clothes, jewelry and decor items from places like Taiwan, India, Bali, etc. I found this cute little dress the other day when I was in there and thought it would be perfect for my shower. Its so light and summery with just a little bit of glitter. I can wear the straps different ways and even wear it as a skirt later. Best part is it was only $25 plus every year we get monthly coupons from the store so I saved 20%. I think I'm going to go back this weekend and use my July coupon for 30% and get the white dress!

Guest Book Sign
I made me sign last night for my guest book cards. We are having a book where guests sign individual cards that will be place in an album after the wedding.
I got the frame at the Dollarstore - was just a plain unfinished wooden frame and I painted it blue and sealed it. So quick and easy and it is going to look great - $2.00 project!

Do you girls thing I should had some embellishments to the frame? rhinestones or anything? Or leave it plain like it is?

Aisle Runner is Finished!!!
I finally got around to doing my aisle runner last weekend and I'm so happy with how it turned out! FH thought I was crazy at first but when he saw the finished product he was so happy that I decided to do it and said it looked awesome!
It honestly took me most of saturday evening and sunday afternoon/evening to paint. It was alot of work but it was a labor of love.
I was painting the last letter and i stuck my hand in some of the brown paint and then got it on the runner....thought I ruined it but i kept my cool and with a damp soapy wash cloth was able to blot it out!!
One piece of advise that I do have for other brides is if you are left handed like me work from the outside in...duh right! I know it seems simple enough but at first I was following other instructions that said work from the inside out. Also I put it on my coffee table to paint and that allowed me to move around and paint it from every side and I found that a lot easier to do.

Anyone have any ideas about using the runner outside on grass? Should I put anything under it to make it stiffer and easier to walk on and if so what? and how should I tack it down in place on the grass?
Thanks girls!

Wedding Favors
Need some Help Ladies!
FH and I are going with fortune cookies from Fancyfortunecookies.com
for our favors. I think the idea is so fun and unique and we get to personalize 5 different messages for the fortunes.
This is where I need your help!
I have no idea what to put on the fortunes.
I need some ideas for one line marriage quotes, or just some funny quotes in general.
If you ladies have any please share them with me or have a website that has some good quotes it would be appreciated!
Thanks!!

DIY Stationary
My MOH came over today and we completed some printing projects!
So happy with how everything turned out.
With 2 months to go starting to feel like the progress is picking up a little bit!
Picture #1 - Photoshare cards. I found these business cards from Gartner Studios at Staples at work great with our colors

Picture #2 - Labels for Favor boxes. I couldn't find circular labels that I liked that weren't going to cost me a fortune. So I found full sheet labels at staples that I plan on getting cut into squares. Best part is they were on clearance for 15.00 and then 1/2 off clearance price so I only paid 7.50 for them!

Picture #3 - Table numbers.

Dropped my monogram off to be enlarged and printed today for my aisle runner. Going to finally tackle that project this weekend! Thanks ladies for your input on my last post (monogram choice)...I went with design #3

Monogram Help!
Hi ladies,

I have been playing around with monograms for a while now but can't seem to create 'the one". Maybe I am being too hard on myself but the ones im making just don't seem that great.
I need a monogram for my aisle runner and one to use to do labels for my favor boxes. I am really itching to get my aisle runner done but I can't start it without a monogram!
Can you help me out and let me know what you think of the ones I have made. I am open to any suggestions or ideas!

Ask a Question
**REPOST**
Hi ladies,

Not sure if I caught everyone on a bad day to create an 'ask a question' post or what not but when I went to check to see what kinda ideas I got from my WBC brides I was pretty bummed.
Only 2 responses and 29 views - feels like a blog 'hit and run'.
I really need some help here ladies on idea/suggestions because my FH is no help and the WBC brides always have good ideas!

Here is the link to the last post:
