another wedding DYI

I think I found my centerpieces...ekkkkkkkkkk

They look so "soft" and "romantic" and "elegant"

Not sure if I will do 1...2...or 3 per table...But I do know that I will put pictures of not only me and FH...but our 2 kids as well :D

what do u think? do they look "soft" and "romantic" and "elegant"
Should I add 1...2...or 3 per table?

anyways they seem so easy to make as well...

Photo Centerpiece How-To...
Disassemble three like-sized frames, setting aside their fronts and discarding their backings. Paint or stain wooden frames desired color; let dry. Upload or scan photographs into a computer. With editing software, make the images black and white, and resize them to fit your frames. Print them onto vellum paper with an ink-jet printer. Slip the images into the frames. Using cloth tape, hinge frames together to form a triangle. Stand frames around a candle in a protective glass holder.

seems easy enough eh? lol

I love the look of 3 & I personally think you would need at least 2. These are really unique. I think it would be cute to put pictures of your kids in the frames too.

I've made these before and they look awesome!  So easy!  Put them together with black electrical tape.  Worked beautifully!

I am making these , but don't understand how the vellum photos are attached. You can't use the metal clips , they show through and kill the romantic effect. How do you keep the vellum photo in there? Also, do you use real tea lights or battery since a real one could catch the vellum on fire?

I was wondering if someone could tell me where to purchase these.  I am helping to organise a 50th anniversary and this concept is fantastic.  Thank you for help

To JulieB: We purchased our frames from IKEA. I have a ton of them.  email me at csearing@carolina.rr.com  I would love to sell them. I also have lights for them. I used them for my daughters wedding last May. They came out great! I may also have the parchment paper.

To Irishlace321:  We made these. I hot glued them around the edges. I also use tea lights. I purchased them from the internet so they were extra bright.

Do you put a tea light in the middle or just on the outside of them
