Just wanted to see how many of you are on a weight loss program and what is it? Is it working?

I have started the 30 day shred four times but only lasted a few days lol so it didn't work for me

Have been walking at mile every night for the last two months but I have not yet noticed any change.

It's great that you're walking, such a good habit! But if you're not seeing any change, remember that your diet is the biggest part of weight loss...have tons of protein & water, & fewer carbs. I've lost 15 doing that :)

I have been doing Isagenix for a little over a month. I have lost 15 pounds and 30 inches. I have done minimal exercise and the program is very easy to follow. I have now been following the program less,and doing more exercise and still seeing results.  I feel great and have a tonne of energy and more ambition to keep myself healthy! Good Luck!

Im started the shred on monday...I'm not getting married for two years but I am getting officially engaged in 5 months and I have 22 pounds to lose.

Ive lost weight before.

You really have to do a diet and cardio to drop pounds, I just started this diet two weeks ago by Jakie Warner, she just wrote a book about it called, This Is Why You're Fat And How to Get Thin Forever: Eat More, Cheat More, Lose More--and Keep the Weight Off. Its a really good book that expalins everything bad that we eat and also a whole diet and workout plan included. You basically work out 5 days a week, eat clean five days a week and eat two cheat meals a week. I really like it. I am going to do the 30 day shred 40 days before the wedding.

Hi..... I have a LONG way to go. I need to lose at least 60 before the wedding and it's in 5 months but the good thing is I've already lost 13. I know it isn't alot considering how far I have to go but what I'm doing is really helping.  I've just basically cut down my carbs (under 10 g per day) and increased my activity level.  NO bread, rice, pasta or potatoes! Lots of green veggies(celery, cucumber, lettuce, brocccoli, spinach), chicken, beef, eggs and cheese have become my way of eating.  Once I get within 10-15 lbs of my goal, I'll up the carbs to about 20 per day.  And just like "alwayshis" said in the previous post, LOTS OF WATER!
