I owe it all to Water, Fruits, Veggies, Limited red meat intake, plenty of cardio, cardio strip tease and pole dancing, and swimming, detoxing, portion control, oatmeal like no other, no sweets, no junk, weight lifting, killer ab workouts, and Alli Pills (absobrs fats in food). I do not eat after 6:30pm-7:00pm. I really limit my bread intake, and I eat cereal (good healthy cereal) when I am really hungry, or fruits and veggies. I try to drink a full gallon of water a day, and a glass of metamucil before bed.
Favorite Dinner:
Veggie Wraps with Feta Cheese and dried cranberries.
Side of Sliced Mangos, Apples, and Oranges.
