Boudoir
Some of my pictures... I love them!
These are some of the boudoir photos I had taken. I had a really hard time with them because after having my daughter I really do not feel "sexy" anymore. I cant wait to give them to him! Anyway these were some of the few I actually liked.

Wedding Reception
Card Box
Just wanted to show off my finally finished and rather large pain in my rear card box. I think it turned out perfect despite the many alterations and problems. Finally things are coming together... 38 days... WOW!?

Anyone Registering for Games???
We are extremely nerdy people and have decided on having a family game night ( since we already have a beautiful little girl .) So.. we registered for a bunch of games like Pictionary Man, Catch Phrase, Pictureka, and Scene It for us and Candy Land, The Ladybug Game, and Gator Golf for our daughter. I know it is totally corny but when we have company it is just something else to do and we can have our intimate family night as well when we play her games. I really hope we get some because I am so excited!
Is anyone else registering for games? |

Crystal Nail Files
I bought the girls some crystal nail files to put in their bags. When I ordered them they only came in yellow and orange... which is fine so when I paint their names on them they will look more like picture 2. Or you can just order them already made at 92 degrees and sunny.

DIY Bridesmaid Flip Flops!
I made these flip flops for my ladies to wear if their feet hurt during the reception. Wasn't hard at all. I bought plain black flip flops at Hobby Lobby for $0.99 on sale. I ordered the monogramed buttons from BetseyBlue on Etsy for $2.00 each. Then I found this video to show me how to make a pinwheel bow to set them in.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NUcH6XvK3BU&feature=related Then I braided the thong part of the flip flop with these instructions... except on a shoe instead of a headband... http://sgtg5.7gbma.servertrust.com/v/vspfiles/ribbon-woven-headbands.html And thats it! They turned out sooo flippin cute! ![]() ![]() ![]() |

My DIY Travel Mugs
I bought the mugs at the local CVS for $5.00 and went straight to Hobby Lobby. I bought 1/3 yards fabric in different colors with matching thread. I also bought a 3" stencil in script ( I dont remember the exact name.) I cut the fabric to the size of the paper that already came in the cup. Next I traced my stencil letters on the fabric with fabric chalk that wipes clean. I put the sewing machine on "zig zag" and traced my letters. I had to go over them twice to fill the holes... but you totally cant tell. Love them... making myself one soon. Im also putting a gift card to Starbucks in them to help get the ladies through all of the wedding festivities!

Wedding Invitation
My DIY Invitations!
These are our invitations... which I LOVE. I have received so many compliments on them and it really feels nice. Im not that crafty of a person!!! Anyway. I ordered the "envelopes" but everything else I did. I cut the squares out with my Cricut and then I printed the invites on my computer at home and you totally cant tell. Next I embossed them with the stamp in the corner... that was fun... I got to use a heat gun! I glued the pink cardstock to the white cardstock and glued it on with a picture glue stick. The map I created by copying and pasting a map from realpages.com changing the colors then adding the designs and names. It was easy. But I wanted the invitations to look like they had received a present in the mail so I totally love that part. I put these inside just regular square white envelopes and had them printed and sealed with a wax W.

Honeymoon
Nassau and Half Moon Cay here we come!!!
So we decided on a cruise to the Bahamas! Its a Carnival which I have heard is fabulous! We aren't the type to stay in the cabin or room for the regular "honeymooning" (after all we already have a little one) so we have booked horseback riding on the beach in and out of the water and swimming with the dolphins. I also want to do the sting ray adventure but hubby to be is afraid of them??? Anyway super excited In just not sure how I will feel being away from our daughter for a week...
