Candy buffet jars and more!
I'm going to put some of my wedding stuff on craigslist soon, but wanted to post it on here first to see if anyone who lives near me is interested. My colors were fuchsia and chocolate. We had a HUGE candy buffet since we got the candy for free, so I probably have over 20 glass candy jars/bowls/baskets, plus 5 scoopers. I also will sell the "Love is Sweet" sign, card box, votives, some extra vases, etc. I live in NJ, so anyone who lives around the NJ, PA, or NY area would probably be best. Let me know if you're interested or want some more pictures! :)

Just wondering what picture you think is best for our wedding thank-yous...I don't know if I should just pick one picture, or I also have the option of putting two or three on. I'm really loving picture 1, and might just use one of the other ones as my wedding announcement for the newspaper.

Thank you cards
I need to start thinking about my thank-you cards since it's already been a month...I was just wondering what you've used or plan on using for a thank you , and how much you spent. I definitely don't want to spend alot! I emailed my photographer and asked if he offers cards, and he does...but I'm not sure if his price for a picture card is good. Some people suggested snapfish, but I've never used them before. All I want is something simple with a picture of us from the wedding on it...thanks!

Honeymoon
Some pics....
Scott and I got back from Cancun last week for our honeymoon-and we had an INCREDIBLE time!!!! It was honestly all I imagined and more! We stayed at the Dreams Resort and I have no complaints at all...we would stay there again in a heartbeat. We had a great time relaxing, but also going to bars/clubs and a few other little trips. The nicest thing was when he surprised me with our own little dinner right by the ocean :) I can't wait to go back!

DIY Wedding
How it all came together for the wedding :)
During the honeymoon people emailed me tons of pictures from the wedding...here are some of the DIY stuff I made. I have to say, as annoying it got making some of it, everyone was SO impressed and I'm still hearing comments about the signs I made for the candy buffet, the cardbox, unity candle, guestbook, candy jars, the votives, etc. I'm so happy I decided to "personalize" my wedding! Now it's off to Craigslist to try and sell some of it lol

Married!!!!
What an INCREDIBLE DAY!!!
Yesterday was our wedding-and it was AMAZING! I couldn't have asked for a better time and people are still talking about what a fun time they had! :) It was pouring in the morning, but it stopped raining for the church ceremony and the sun even came out for the pictures. The reception was a blast and we danced the night away...the candy buffet turned out AMAZING and people kept talking about all the little DIY things I made. I'm so happy and am looking forward to Cancun baby! :)

Last minute BM gift ideas
So the wedding is Saturday and my lazy-ass procrastinated on alot of things.....one being my bridesmaids gits. I kept looking online at stuff or seeing things out, but would think "I'll look around some more" or "I'll order them soon". Well, I didn't and I don't have much time at all. I had planned to do monogrammed bags with stuff inside, but that's really not an option now-I don't have time to be looking all around. My other option was to pay for hair and makeup for the girls, but that might end up getting expensive, plus then I wouldn't have anything to actually "give" them. Help! Any ideas?

Wedding Reception
Candy Buffet
Saturday night was spent filling and decorating the jars for our candy buffet at my parents house-it took forever, but the jars and everything looks great and we still have a ton more candy! The reception place wanted us to just drop the vases and candy off, but we wanted to have them all filled and done so that they didn't mess it up. My dad is going to get a few different height risers, so that some jars are on different levels. The table is going to look so awsome with the colored linens, my "love is sweet" sign and poem, and the pink candy bags....plus best of all, all the candy was free!!!! :)
