OMG!! I think I'm losing it

Am I the only Bride not freaking out? I mean really! I read all of this Blogs and everyone says "OMG, I don't have enough time"...blah, blah, blah. But my wedding is less than seven months and I'm not about to go into cardiac arrest.

Did I miss something? If so, please let me know. Is it bad to say "I'm bored" ? Even my fiance mentioned this weekend during a relative's wedding that everyone is more excited. Can the wedding fairy please come and dash some of her "good wedding" dust over us. Or maybe we should just bathe in the stuff.

It will come, don't worry! lol! I remember feeling that same way not too long ago! Then I felt super excited like I just couldn't wait, and now I'm going nuts! It's 30 days away and I wish I could go back to being bored soooo bad! Rest up now while you can! ;-)

I feel the exact same way ! I have 10 months to go, and i've booked the photog, the hall, the caterer, the Dj, got the bridesmaid dresses, put a down payment on the tux and picked my wedding dress! I am now bored out of my mind!!!!!!!! haha but I know once its closer to the date I'll have way more to do so it's all good!

No way!! It's not bad at all to say you're bored...at least not IMO. I figure each person has their own pressure points & what stresses one out, may not stress the next person, so if you're able to keep & maintain your peace & sanity throughout the entire process, I say kudos!! I personally have not been stressed, but with a limited to nothing budget things get a little "intense" at times. It's all good though! Happy planning & if those crazy days do come later, there are plenty of skilled brides to help get you back on track with wonderful advice & tips.

My wedding is in one day 21 hours and...Im not bored but everyone is asking me if Im excited and I'm kinda like Meh...Im overjoyed that its finally here but at the same time I feel like Ive been planning forever and it hasn't hit me yet that it's finally here. So dont worry! Lol

man! I'm goin crazy 2! Ive got a little under 8 months left & so far i have the
-venue,photographer,caterer,& dj[w/ deposits]
i dont have my dress! hvnt even looked! nor my BM dresses! I'm stressn over the centerpieces im just tryin 2 fidn the perfect combination of what i want!

am i that far behind?! lol

Everyone is different my SIL got married in August and she was cool for the whole planning and wedding day itself. So was her husband everyone else was more panicky then they were. It depends on the person I think. There was only a day that she got a little nervous that she was "actually getting married" in the run up to the wedding day. I think it also hit her more when she was off work and had more time on her hands. Ive 4 months to go and I vary between allergic to anything wedding related (besides this site) to "do I have everything done?" at the end of the day I am the only one who is going to notice the small stuff so I dont want to be stressed out and not enjoy myself either the day will pass so quickly I want to be able to savour the day and little moments!

K Ladies! I have a week to go!! haha I am still cool & calm! : ) Luckily! I have been planning this wedding since June '07 and the whole way through its been a breeze! Of course I worried about getting things done within the past few months, but never made a big deal about it! 7 months to go is plenty of time for boredness.... I was there too! You will have your breaks and then when there are just a few months left.. you will start getting a bit more swamped with things... do you have a checklist or something that you follow??? I noticed with mine that it was pretty slow for a bit and then so much stuff came our way... now its just making sure we have all the last min stuff!!! I think you are taking the best approach with wedding planning for sure! : )

PS: To the other part of your question.... If one more person asks me if I am excited! I just might have to scream!!!! hahaa I understand that is the first thing someone thinks of whne they are talking to someone whos wedding is coming up! But honestly its driving me to be a tad nervous now!... ahaha
