I know that after a while in my big dress I will get tired, so I decided to wear a second dress for the reception like Christina Aguilera, and other popular brides. Is anyone else doing this????

This is the site of our wedding and reception I am sooo excited. We chose to wait and push the date back, and I am happy we did, because I love this place. And it is a plus that we don't have to travel to far from home which is critical when the military likes to change things last minute, and or take forever to approve your leave packet.

I love my dress it is a Madeline Gardner, with Swarovski crystals added, I'm thinking of adding more what do you think? I really love crystals and sparkles, and the wedding ceremony is going to have lots of candles, so I want to glimmer as I walk down that isle. It has pick-ups, but not the general pick-ups seen everywhere, they are sweeping, and gathered, it is perfect for me, because I didn’t want the frosting affect on the dress, but I wanted pick-ups, yes they are trendy but way fun and regal.

haha this is sooo cute and it really looks like me, it totally helped me with how I was going to wear my hair lol, it will be down all the way.

We have changed our date for the renewal of vows, due to a military mission Boooo, it was supposed to be on 12/13/2008 , it will now be on the same day as our original wedding date 11/21/2009. It was way sad, but I got my new ring anyway so it made me smile, and my hubby ended up staying home yay. I love my amazing hubby.

Where are you registering, and is it out of the norm and unique? Cloud 9 is a really fun registry where you can register for trips, excursions, and explorations that involve anything from skydiving to couple cooking classes. I love this one I hope you do too. Do you have a unique registry idea?

I didn't want to do the salon thing, with other people in my wedding day environment so I had the hair and makeup artist come to me and my girls, and the crazy thing is it’s not so bad in price. My tip is, before you definitely lock in your wedding day beatification, at the salon, check out your local makeup and hair artist they can be really affordable, and will come to you, so your environment is totally all about you, on your special day. And they are usually more talented and creative because they do a lot of editorial work for modeling agency’s etc.

I really want a lot of fullness, but I can't really decide how I want to get it. I know that a petticoat will be around, and on my legs, and a hoop skirt will give me more freedom, but I'm just not sure. What is your opinion when choosing a petticoat, over a hoop skirt?

Well it was not done in the usual way that couples get engaged, but military engagements, weddings and marriages usually never are. The question was popped by phone, and at 8:30 am right before my organic biology class, I totally got the surprise of my life. James was still in AIT in Augusta, GA, and was not able to leave his training program, but when the news came that he was leaving the country there was no question in his mind that he wanted me to go with him as his wife. And so he asked me if I would honor him by taking on the role of becoming Mrs. Youncofski. And I said YES!!!!

We tied the knot in Augusta GA, on November 21, 2006, during the Thanksgiving holiday. We chose to do our wedding this way, because my husband was being sent off to Korea, for a year. He wanted me to come along with him, but we soon discovered the new command change that spouse sponsorship tours, had ended due to safety precautions. We were devastated, but now looking back I believe it was a huge blessing for our first year, and now he is home after a year away; and so we are planning our formal wedding/ renewal of vows. And you know the most awesome thing; there is no stress involved, because we truly realize that the marriage last much longer that the wedding day. So my tip is don’t sweat the small stuff, as a couple you have at least 90 more years to go, so focus on the after math “ THE MARRIAGE”, and the beautiful journey that is ahead.

I was nice, and picked a beautiful dress that all my girls would like and they really coordinate well my wedding gown, I love them, for ordering on time, so no stress for me yay. The girl's dresses are in this color,the dress has slight Swarovski crystals on the skirt, and top of the bodice.

My husband will be wearing his dress blue mess army uniform, and the grooms men will be wearing a similar style civilian tux.

So I have a bit of a Manolo Blahnik obsession and, my husband is very observant, sooo that he came to me and asked one day if Manolo’s could count as my wedding gift, and I replied heck ya. I am sooo excited to go get them, and the way I see it is they work as my something blue too, they have a multi-purpose, that’s how we are justifying the 1000.00 price tag lol.

Black magic roses, are soooo dramatic.... And that's what I want.
The roses, for all the bouquets and the center pieces. These will be on top of the Tiffany box centerpieces, and the flowers for my bouquet and the girl’s bouquet will have some time of leafy difference lol, but I want mine purely solid roses.
